Run ~ Bike~ Swim

INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM REVERSE SPRINT: 5k Run, 32k Bike, 600yard Swim (pool)

    3.1 mile Run (5k)

    Start at Lander Pool, Cross 9th to Dabich , L on Smith , R on Spriggs, Out & back on Spriggs, U-turn at Stop at end of Spriggs, L on Smith to end, R on Baldwin Creek Rd, R on bike trail behind Baldwin Creek School, Continue trail onto Smith St*, L on Dabich, cross 9th St to enter transition area.

    *Runners yield to bikers at the corner of Smith & Baldwin and on Smith St

    32k Bike

    start at Bruce Gresly Aquatic Center , cross 9th St continue on Dabich Ave, R on Smith to end, L on Baldwin Creek, L on Squaw Creek, R on Sinks Canyon Rd, U-turn 1/4 mile past water treatment plant, Return on Sinks Canyon Rd, R on Fremont, L on 9th St, end at Bruce Gresly Aquatic Center

  • Swim it.

    600 yard Swim

    Left out of transition area; Enter pool lobby; enter pool area; enter pool (NO DIVING) follow a serpentine pattern, switching lanes at the end of each 50 yard lap. Once at the end of 300 yards, proceed across the deck back to the beginning of the swim. Complete the next 300 yards. Exit the pool area the same way you entered, proceed to the finish line.

Teen 12yr-15yr - Short Course Option

    2.2 mile Run (3.5k)

    Start at Lander Pool, Cross 9th to Dabich , L on Smith , R on Spriggs, Out & back on Spriggs, U-turn at Stop at end of Spriggs, L on Smith, L on Dabich, cross 9th St to enter transition area.

  • Bike It

    12 mile Bike (19.3k)

    start at Bruce Gresly Aquatic Center , cross 9th St continue on Dabich Ave, R on Smith to end, L on Baldwin Creek, L on Squaw Creek, L on Sinks Canyon Rd, R on Fremont, L on 9th St, end at Bruce Gresly Aquatic Center

  • Swim It

    300 yard Swim

    Left out of transition area; Enter pool lobby; enter pool area; enter pool (NO DIVING) follow a serpentine pattern, switching lanes at the end of each 50 yard lap. Once at the end of 300 yards. Exit the pool area out the same doorway you entered, proceed to the finish line.

KIDS’ TRIATHLON: 0.5mile Run, 1.5mile Bike, 100yard Swim (pool)

  • Run it.

    Start at transition area - Bruce Gresly Aquatic Center (course goes clockwise); R on 9th St; R on Sweetwater St; R on 7th St; go about 100 yards on 7th St (before the alley) then R into field; cross field towards transition area between admin building and pool.

    Start at transition area - Bruce Gresly Aquatic Center (course goes clockwise); R on 9th St; R on Garfield St; R on 5th St; R on Cascade St; R on 9th St; back to the transition area at Bruce Gresly Aquatic Center

  • Swim it.

    Left out of transition area; Enter pool lobby; enter pool area; athlete will be directed to a specific lane, enter pool (NO DIVING). Complete two 50 yard laps (two down-and-backs), Exit the pool area the same way you entered, proceed to the finish line.

Sprint starts at 7:00am on Saturday, June 17, 2023.

Check-in, chip pick up, body marking for Sprint: 5:30am

Pre-race briefing: 6:45am

Event Start time: 7am

Check-in, chip pick up, body marking for Kids Race: 9am

Kids Race start: 10am

Awards for both races: 11am

Estimated end time: 12pm
